No basics like towels or soap provided at check-in!!! Inconsistent room cleanliness and maintenance could really use some attention!!! The heat controls were confusing and left me frustrated!!!

No towels or essentials upon check-in, with room cleanliness being severely lacking. Flies and insufficient bedding made my stay uncomfortable.

The staff was accommodating. they helped sort my room quickly. The friendly maids really hustled to get things done. The clean room had all the essentials like a fridge and microwave which was a pleasant surprise.

The Oyo Hotel had a convenient location for my business trip, being easily accessible from Highway 60. Checked in to find zero towels and flies buzzing around the room-super frustrating! Managed to get a second room which was a bit better, but still had cleanliness issues. Honestly, I won’t be coming back here again!

Checked in and got a room that was alright but not the best. The air con was super loud, almost rattling off the wall. They had a decent continental breakfast, which helped start the day. I had a little issue with the hot water taking forever to kick in. It’s okay for a stopover, but not my first choice.
